Kubus has developed a business address service, named “your own business address” for companies that do not yet need expensive office space. This service enables you to use our locations as your office address, for instance to arrange your registration with the Chamber of Commerce and as such to give your company a more professional image. In your case this means a mailbox and an office address (a postal address for private persons) while you can arrange for an answering service to take your calls in a professional way if you wish, or having your mail forwarded to any address worldwide. Each postal item received is accompanied by an e-mail we send you, containing the sender of the item received by you. When you use our branch address (your business address) this service will be free of charge up to 50 postal items per month, while this service is optional if you have a postal address with us.

The Kubus Business Address Service has 2 options for basic subscriptions, namely: Street Address and Business Address. Both have the following standard facilities:

Use of a Kubus mailbox
Admission to the mailbox location in the Kubus premises
Your mail delivered to your mailbox on weekdays
Our locations for your business address*

And there are various additional options to these facilities!
